Fall TV Previews

All my summer shows are winding to a close. Time to say goodbye to all these:
  • The Glades
  • Burn Notice
  • Suits
  • In Plain Sight
  • White Collar
  • Necessary Roughness
  • The Green Room w/ Paul Provenza
  • Leverage
What would we do without cable?

Now I can look forward to all my network favorites coming back:  Castle, The Good Wife, Dexter,   Modern Family, Community, CSI Miami (aka Sunglasses of Justice).  Hmm - not so many. Just brought home the TV Guide Fall Preview issue.  Yippee!

There's some new ones coming out that look intriguing, like Person of Interest and Unforgettable. Couple of the sitcoms look OK, but the also look like they're gonna have those awful laugh-tracks. They never put a laugh-track where they could really use it, like on the Republican Debates. Now that could have used a laugh-track, maybe some circus music.  I would have PAID to see it if they'd had reality-show-type challenges, maybe a corndog eating contest?

The schedules are still infested with reality shows, singing contests and teenage vampire stories. I guess that's OK, since there aren't too many conflicts. My TiVo can only record two shows at once, and it really sucks when there's 3 or 4 good shows on at the same time. So far, so good. I still gotta compare to Showtime, A&E and USA.

Any shows you're looking forward to?
