Fine Dining

I drive past this place on my daily commute.  I've never eaten there, so I can't say what the food is like.  I just have to wonder what the owner was thinking when he was deciding on a name for his fine dining establishment.  In what universe is it a good idea to have the word SPIT in the name of a restaurant?

Other words and images to avoid: 

Insects - I've seen a number of places called "Busy Bee Cafe"

Hair - A restaurant chain had a spokesperson known as the "Big Haired Lady"

Worms - Not a good idea to sell food and live bait over the same counter


Am I just being overly squeamish?
